Session Description: Priscilla will discuss noteworthy legal developments concerning employment issues. Issues that are generally covered include affirmative action, FMLA, ADA, retaliatory discharges, non-competes, signing bonuses, cat's paw theory, and more.

Speaker Bio: Priscilla has over thirty years of experience in advising and representing management in organizations of all sizes in the private, public, and non-profit sectors concerning compliance with state and federal employment statuses. She is admitted to the practice in Ohio state and federal courts, as well as the federal Second, Third, Sixth, and D.C. Courts of Appeal.
