Victoria Neal, SHRM-SCP has served as an HR Knowledge Advisor at SHRM since 2003. She brings extensive expertise across all facets of human resources and partners with HR professionals to deliver actionable research, strategic insights, and practical solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations Management from The University of Akron and has SHRM specialty credentials in AI-HR, California Employment Law, People Analytics, Workplace Investigations, and People Manager Qualification.
